To whom it may concern 

I am definitely not in favour of this bill for the following reasons:

•   There are already enough members in the Senedd for our very small country , we cannot afford and do not need any more

•    The planned change of voting system will benefit the Labour Party disproportionately 

•     The current Senedd have totally ignored a petition to cancel the 20mph blanket (yes it is) and have shown total contempt for their electorate! 

•     The reduction of term from 5 years to 4 is a good idea
